This Management Fee Waiver Program ("Program") is organized by GAX MD Sdn Bhd ("MYTHEO") ("the Organiser"). By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, which may be subject to amendments by the Organiser without prior notice.

• Program Period
  The Program begins on 1 December 2024 and ends on 28 February 2025 (“Program Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to terminate, extend, or modify the Program without prior notice.
  ‍

• Program Eligibility
  This Program is open to all new and existing MYTHEO users who have never made any deposits with MYTHEO, excluding clients-under-agents.
  
  You are eligible if you:

  • Have an existing MYTHEO account and have never made any deposits.
    ‍
  • Are new to MYTHEO and make your first deposit during the Program Period.
    ‍

  You are not eligible if you:

  • Have an existing MYTHEO account and have already made deposits.
    ‍
  • Have an existing MYTHEO account, previously made deposits, but currently have no AUM in your account.
    ‍
  • Are a client-under-agent.
    ‍

• Program Reward

  • Reward Details

    • Eligible participants will receive a 3-month MYTHEO management fee waiver upon making a successful first deposit of RM100 or more during the Program Period.
      ‍
    • The management fee waiver will be applied on a monthly basis within 14 days after the last day of each month of the holding period.

  • Holding Period Requirements

    • Participants must maintain a minimum account balance of RM100 for a 3-month holding period starting from the last day of the month in which the first successful deposit is approved.
      ‍
    • Partial withdrawals are allowed during the holding period, but the participant must maintain a minimum balance of RM100 throughout.
      ‍
    • Portfolio switching during the promotion or holding period is permitted, provided the total AUM remains at RM100 or more.

• Reward Crediting
  

  • The 3-month management fee will be waived monthly and credited to the participant’s MYTHEO account.
    ‍
  • Credit will be applied within 14 days after the last day of each month during the holding period.
    ‍
  • The reward will be forfeited if the participant fails to maintain the required minimum balance of RM100 during the holding period, except when the balance drops due to market fluctuations.

• Promotion Process
  

  • No promo code is required to participate in this Program.
    ‍
  • Eligibility will be determined automatically based on the user’s first deposit and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Program.

• Additional Conditions
  

  • The management fee waiver applies only to the first deposit made during the Program Period.
    ‍
  • The waiver is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
    ‍
  • If the participant fails to meet the holding period or minimum balance requirements, the reward will be deemed invalid.

• Promotion Award Eligibility
  By participating in the Program:

  • Participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that MYTHEO reserves the right to withhold or recover rewards obtained fraudulently or with incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • Violation of MYTHEO’s Account Opening Agreement will result in disqualification from the Program.

• Changes to the Program
  MYTHEO reserves the right to:

  • Amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at its sole discretion.
    ‍
  • Update the terms of the Program without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

  MYTHEO advises participants to read and understand MYTHEO’s Platform Agreement and Fee Structure. Rewards are subject to Program rules and are not guaranteed for incomplete referrals or failure to meet criteria.
